Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, return related costs are covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final on Consumables Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable goods, including gummies and supplements. Once a package has left our facility, we cannot ensure its integrity, and therefore, for your safety and the safety of others, we cannot restock or resell these items.

  • Exception: If your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product (e.g., wrong variant), we will offer a replacement free of charge.

2. Order Cancellation Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast shipping. You may request a cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse or handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or intercepted.

3. "Change of Mind" & Pricing We do not offer price matching or refunds based on finding other products or advertisements after purchase. We stand by the premium quality of our authentic formula and caution against lower-priced imitations found elsewhere.

4. Damaged/Defective Items If your parcel arrives damaged, please email hello@shopmagneticmuse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review and send a replacement immediately.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will be applied to refunds for all returned items, except in cases where the item received was damaged or defective due to reasons beyond the customer's control. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fees:
For items priced below $50: $4 fee
For items priced between $50-$60: $5 fee
For items priced between $60-$100: $6 fee
For items priced above $100: $8 fee
This policy helps us continue providing quality products while encouraging thoughtful purchasing.

90-Day "Love It or Refund" Guarantee We are so confident in our formula that we offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you use the product consistently and do not see results, you may return the empty or unused portion for a refund.

Terms of Guarantee:

  1. Trial Period: You must try the product for at least 30 days to allow the ingredients to build up in your system.

  2. Return Shipping: To process a guarantee claim, the remainder of the product (or empty packaging) must be returned to our Global Quality Assurance Facility for inspection.

  3. Shipping Costs: Per standard international return practices, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit to our facility.

  4. Restocking: Once received at our facility, a refund will be issued for the product cost minus the initial shipping fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
