Due to current high demand and extreme weather conditions, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
We usually process orders within 3-6 business days and ship them via Fast Track Mail. Once the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.
The shipping service we use is Fast Track Service with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. However, in some instances, orders may take up to 15 business days depending on carrier limitations. Please also note that due to current extreme weather conditions impacting transportation networks across the US, some parcels may experience delays beyond these estimates.
To ensure fast delivery, all confirmed orders are transmitted to our fulfilment centers within 30 minutes of checkout and are typically handed to the carrier the same day. After this point we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment. Customers who no longer wish to keep their purchase may initiate a return under our standard Return Policy once the parcel is delivered.
Please note, for remote regions such as Hawaii and Alaska, shipping takes longer and with higher variation in shipping timing. It may take up to 25 days for the parcel to arrive.
We cannot issue refund requests before the parcel has arrived and the return procedure has been initiated - the customer is responsible for reading this shipping policy listed on our website before ordering.
The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address - in case they have made an error, we can amend it before the order ships, however once shipped, we can neither change nor resend the item.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order until the customer goes through the Return Policy procedure listed on our website.
